What is light? Whiteness? Obviousness? Happiness? Who or what are we indebted to? Where do we stand on beauty? Silence? Delicacy? Is there a point of balance or calm? Are restraint and generosity compatible? Where do we stand on memory and oblivion? Where do we stand on guilt? What is the accuracy of shapes, materials, volumes? What is a museum for? Where do we stand on concealment, the lie or the truth? What is innocence? And what does “ The Childhood of Art” mean? Where do we stand with history, reality and its absence? What is the state of our emotions? What is a museum for?
July is sprawling out over an uncertain future. Sometimes the sky is blue, sometimes there's rain. Despite the downpour of storms, the museum is a bright clearing where you can experience the promises of existence, thanks to the exhibition, "À l’œuvre." You are welcome to visit all through the summer, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
